We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at research@youthfulaminos.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Due to the nature of our research products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Products that have been tampered with or are not in their original packaging are also non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged or you received incorrect items, please contact us immediately at research@youthfulaminos.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
