Youthful Aminos (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide. When you create an account, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order history. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
We use your information to process and ship orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to support requests, verify research-use eligibility, prevent fraud, improve our website and catalog, and — only if you opt in — send occasional restock alerts and research-only promotions.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, email delivery services, and website hosting providers. These partners are permitted to use your data only to perform services on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
We use essential cookies to operate the shopping cart and checkout, and analytics cookies to understand site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
We keep order and account records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to customer data.
You can update your account details at any time, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.
Our products are intended for qualified researchers and our website is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date it took effect.
